"Mothernight” è il terzo disco realizzato da Make Like A Tree.

Le canzoni sono nate in diverse parti del mondo, durante i suoi ultimi tre anni di viaggio. In ognuna di esse ha collaborato con
artisti diversi, rendendo l'intero album quasi un'opera collettiva.
Il nome dell'album è ispirato all'omonimo romanzo di Kurt Vonnegut, dove viene descritto un perfetto esempio di “cittadino del
nulla”. Il nome si riferisce all'idea che la società moderna si perde nel cuore della notte, senza dare indicazioni da dove
proveniamo. La notte ci toglie tutti i costumi e le maschere che accumuliamo sui nostri volti, lasciando apparire il nostro vero
essere.

Questo album unisce molte nazioni e vuole cancellare molti confini.
Le canzoni qui racchiuse sono state composte attraversando il Giappone, il Kenya, la Tanzania, la Russia, l'Ucraina, l'Austria,
l'Italia, la Norvegia e la Spagna.
